| Computer Qualification | O Level Certificate (NIELIT/DOEACC) OR Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent |
| English Typing Speed | Minimum 30 Words Per Minute (WPM). |
| Hindi Typing Speed | Minimum 25 Words Per Minute (WPM). |
| Hindi Keyboard Layout | Unicode Inscript keyboard is mandatory |
| Qualifying Accuracy | Minimum 85% accuracy must be maintained in both languages. |
| Test Duration | 15 minutes for each typing language |
| Word Count | Approx 500 words for English and 400 words for Hindi |
