🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Indian Administrative Service (IAS) & Other Civil Services Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India. Final year students can also apply but must pass before the Mains exam.
Indian Forest Service (IFS) Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Agriculture or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university.

⚙️ Selection Process (3 Stages)

  1. Preliminary Examination (Prelims) - Objective type (MCQ) - Screening test
  2. Mains Examination (Written) - Descriptive type - 9 papers

Note: Candidates who qualify the Mains exam (result declared on 24 Feb 2026) are now eligible for the Interview round. Final merit list is prepared based on Mains + Interview marks.
