Getting your name in the allotment list is only half the job done. Now you need to lock in your seat, and there are two simple parts to this.

First, you have to complete online self-reporting. This means logging into the portal, paying your tuition fee through net banking, debit card, or credit card, and then clicking on "Accept My Joining" to confirm you want the seat. Once you do this, the system will generate a joining report for you.

Second, you cannot stop at the online step. You must also visit your allotted college in person between July 11 and July 15. Carry your allotment letter, fee payment receipt, and all your original certificates for verification. If you skip either the online or the physical part, you may lose the seat you worked so hard for. And if you are not happy with what you got, or you missed out this time, Phase 2 counselling opens from July 17, giving you another shot.

Step 4: Enter your ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password, and Date of Birth in the boxes given.

Step 5: Click the submit button and wait a few seconds for the page to load.
