After the result is declared, the selection process moves to the next important stage. Candidates whose names appear in the MPESB Group 5 Merit List will be called for Document Verification (DV) . The board will release a separate schedule for this. You will need to carry all your original documents like educational certificates, domicile, caste certificate (if applicable), and Aadhaar card. If you clear the document verification successfully, you will receive the final appointment letter for the respective paramedical post.

The waiting list will remain valid for one year from the date of result declaration. Candidates are ranked based on percentile scores using the Normalised Equi-Percentile (NEP) scaling technique because the exam was held in multiple shifts. Only those who meet the cut off marks are included in the merit list.

Downloading your result is very easy. Just follow the simple steps given below to get your scorecard from the official website.

• Step 1: Go to the official website of MPESB at esb.mp.gov.in.

• Step 2: On the homepage, find and click on the "Results" tab.

• Step 3: Look for the link that says "Group-5 Staff Nurse, Paramedical & Other Posts Combined Recruitment Test - 2026" and click on it.

• Step 4: A new page will open. You need to enter your login details: Application Number, Date of Birth (DOB) , first two letters of your Mother's Name, and the last four digits of your Aadhaar Number.

• Step 5: Click on the "Search" button. Your result and scorecard will appear on the screen.

• Step 6: To download the merit list, look for the option "List of Candidates Eligible for Document Verification" and download the PDF.

• Step 7: Finally, click on the download button and save the PDF. Take a printout for future reference.
