The recruitment is for contractual posts under the Rajasthan College Education Society also known as Raj-CES. The online application process will start from 05 May 2026 and will continue till 03 June 2026. RSSB Teaching Associate Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the eligibility before applying. The main eligibility details are given below.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Master's degree in the relevant subject with at least 55 percent marks from a recognized Indian university. They must also have cleared the National Eligibility Test or State Level Eligibility Test or State Eligibility Test. Candidates with a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations are exempted from NET or SET or SLET. A relaxation of 5 percent in marks is given to SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and differently-abled candidates. Candidates appearing in the final year of their Master's degree can also apply but must complete the qualification before the exam date.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate must be between 21 to 40 years as on 01 January 2027. Age relaxation is given as per Rajasthan government rules. SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS male candidates get 5 years relaxation. General category women get 5 years relaxation. SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS women get 10 years relaxation. Widow and divorced women have no upper age limit.

RSSB Teaching Associate Recruitment 2026 – Salary Details

The selected candidates will get a fixed monthly salary. The complete salary structure is given below.

This is a fixed remuneration and will be paid as per the Raj-CES Hiring of Man Power Rules 2023. The contract will be for a maximum of 5 years or till the society exists. If the society period is extended, the contract may also be extended. The maximum age for contract service is 60 years. Other allowances are not mentioned separately.

There is negative marking in the exam. One-third mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates must score a minimum of 36 percent marks in each paper and 40 percent marks in aggregate to qualify. SC and ST candidates get a 5 percent relaxation in qualifying marks.
