  • Enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory at the time of appointment.

🖥️ How to Apply Online (BPSC OTR Portal)

Step 1: OTR Registration Visit https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in and complete One Time Registration (OTR). Use valid Email ID and Mobile Number. Do NOT register more than once.
Step 2: Profile Creation Create profile in 6 steps: Personal Info → Address → Other Info → Qualifications → Experience → Upload Photo & Signature → Lock Profile.
Step 3: Apply for Advertisement Go to Active Advertisements → Select BPSC APO 2026 (Advt 13/2026) → Check Advertisement Criteria → Submit & Pay Fees.
Step 4: Fee Payment Pay ₹100/- online. Photo: max 20KB | Signature (Hindi & English both): Width 150–220px, Height 250–320px, max 20KB each.
Step 5: Download Application Go to My Account Tab → Action → View → Application Print. Download and print your Application Form. Keep it safe for Document Verification.
📌 Important: All certificates must be issued on or before 20 March 2026. Married female candidates must submit caste/domicile certificate in father's name. No changes allowed after submission.
