NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released – Challenge Answer Key Online

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key for the Re-Examination conducted on 21 June 2026. Along with the provisional answer key, NTA has also uploaded the question papers for all four paper series and started the online answer key challenge process. Candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam can now download the provisional answer key, verify their responses, and raise objections through the official website before the last date.

Candidates can challenge any answer they believe is incorrect by paying ₹200 per question through online mode. If the challenge is accepted by the expert panel, the objection fee will be refunded in full. The revised final answer key will be used for result preparation. Candidates can submit objections only through the official online portal. Before raising an objection, they should carefully compare their responses with the provisional answer key. Supporting documents from authentic academic sources such as NCERT books or other standard references should be uploaded while submitting the challenge. Individual decisions regarding objections will not be sent to candidates. If any challenge is accepted, the correction will be applied uniformly to all candidates and the revised final answer key will be published before the declaration of the NEET UG 2026 Result.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Challenge window is open from 25 June to 28 June 2026 (11:50 PM).

• Objections can be submitted only through the official website.

• The challenge fee is ₹200 per question.

• The fee will be refunded if the objection is accepted.

• Challenges submitted through email, post or any offline mode will not be accepted.

• Candidates should challenge only the questions from their own Question Paper Series Code.

• After the challenge window closes, no further objections will be entertained.

• The final answer key prepared by NTA will be used for result preparation.

How to Challenge NEET UG 2026 Answer Key

Step 1: Visit the official NEET website.

Step 2: Click on the NEET UG 2026 Answer Key Challenge link.

Step 3: Login using your Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.

Step 4: Select your Question Paper Series Code.

Step 5: Choose the questions you want to challenge.

Step 6: Upload supporting academic documents.

Step 7: Pay ₹200 per challenged question online.

Step 8: Submit the objection and download the confirmation receipt for future reference.
