Generally, IB sends admit cards via email, but you can also check for direct updates on www.govtexam.study. Tier-I (Computer Based Test - CBT): • Objective type, 100 marks. • Negative Marking: ¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer. • Cut-off (Minimum Qualifying Marks): UR/EWS: 30, OBC: 28, SC/ST: 25. • Candidates shortlisted for Tier-II: 10 times the number of vacancies. 2. Tier-II (Qualifying Exam): • Qualifying in nature. • Qualifying Marks: 20 out of 50. 3. Tier-III (Interview): • Candidates shortlisted: 5 times the vacancies (must qualify Tier-II). Final Merit: Based on combined performance in Tier-I & Tier-III. Final Selection: Subject to Character & Antecedent verification, Medical Examination. |

| Step 1: Check Registered Email | The admit card (call letter) for Tier-II exam is sent via email only to the email ID provided during registration. Check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders carefully. | |
| Step 2: Access Email & Download | Open the email sent by IB/MHA. It will contain a direct download link or attachment for your Tier-II Admit Card. Download the PDF file if you have not recieved email you can visit our website. www.govtexam.study give you direct links. | |
| Step 3: Verify Details |
Open the downloaded PDF and verify all details: Note : For any discrepancy, contact Helpdesk immediately. |

| Step 4: Print Admit Card | Take 2-3 clear printouts of the admit card on A4-size paper. Ensure the photograph and details are clearly visible. | |
| Step 5: Carry to Exam Centre | Carry the printed admit card along with a valid original Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, Driving License, Passport) to the exam centre. Without these, entry will be denied. | |

1. Age, Qualification, Domicile eligibility is determined as on 17.08.2025.
2. OBC candidates must submit a Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the prescribed format (Appendix-1).
3. EWS candidates must submit an Income & Asset certificate (Appendix-2).
4. Knowledge of the local language/dialect of the applied SIB is mandatory.
5. Admit Cards are not downloadable from the website generally; they are sent via email.
6. Final appointment is temporary initially; permanency depends on subsequent rules and performance.
